I am Dr. Amit Premit, highly skilled & experienced Certified Career Planner, Mental Health Counsellor, Wealth Manager and Risk & Wealth & Finance Expert with over 20 years of global experience in helping people grow in their career, improve their mindset and setting up, Implementing, Executing, Monitoring and analyzing robust Processes and SOP’s for sustainable, scalable, profitable as well as holistic growth of business and the individual.

I am a certified career planner helping people choose right career paths and goals based on scientifically proven psychological analysis through world renowned psychometric test models.

I am Certified Mental Health Counsellor to help people improve their mindset through CBT techniques.

I have worked with world largest MNC’s and help them set up their policies and standard operating processes (SOPs) to grow their business and departments both organically and inorganically. I have helped businesses to streamline and implement processes which reduces operational cost, identify business leakages & disruptions to control & monitor the overall business and helps them to take well-informed and calculative decisions in faster, easier and better way.

I am Founder & Entrepreneur who set up 2 firms and put it on automated mode within 1 year of establishment.

I am an ATD Certified NLP Coach and associated with 10X India movement. One of the first 10X High Ticketing mentor & Coach in Bihar & Jharkhand region.

I am a sportsperson with an artistic mindset who had participated in various sports at district and state level. A poet and blogger whose poems have been published in various magazines and have performed live in various Kavi Sammelans. An actor who acted in various plays, Nukkad Nataks and won awards in Natya Pratiyogita.

I have presided over various Indian ethnic groups overseas, namely BIJHAR in Singapore, KV International and BJANA in USA. Have been Life Member of BIJHAR Singapore, President of Connecticut Chapter of KV International, USA and Member and Published Author for BJANA, New Jersey, USA.

A movie fan and family oriented person. Father of 2 smart kids Avi & Amogh. Married to my best friend and partner Prerna Sahay. The name Premit is derived from PRE of Prerna and MIT of Amit. (I derived this in 2008 when creating # has tags were nowhere in fashion)
